Place: Friar Lawrence’s Cell

Characters: Friar Lawrence, Friar John

Events: Friar John goes to Friar Lawrence’s Cell to tell him that he could not deliver the letter to Romeo because he got stuck in Quarantine. Friar Lawrence decides he will break into the Capulet’s Tomb to rescue Juliet.
